With racing becoming ever more an international event, it was considered important that wherever stakeholders raced within Europe that they could be assured of similar treatment regarding medication control. On this basis the members of EHSLC have generated a significant amount of data relating to common use medications and published Detection Times.
The data has been subjected to considerable review and has subsequently been accepted by a number of other racing jurisdications outside Europe, forming the basis of a number of international screening limits.
